I had a very tight turn around and within the hour he had sent me both 2D and 3D mock ups of what my boxes would look like, had walked me through all the options, explaining everything without jargon and I was not only promised that my boxes would arrive by the set date, they actually arrived a few days early and they were perfect! Nick was lovely to work with. Very attentive and hard working. There were a few mistakes in the process and the boxes were ALMOST perfect, but this was not AT ALL Nick's fault and he tried everything the fix them - clearly the printing companies issue. I would 100% recommend working with Nick and Custom Boxes, although my boxes were not everything I needed, this was not at all their fault, they are a great company!
